| dc.description.abstract | تُعدّ الولاية على أموال القاصر إحدى أهمّ وسائل الحفاظ على أمواله، ولذلك حظيت بتنظيم قانوني موضوعي وإجرائي نوعي شملته العديد من أنواع التّشريع في الجزائر، على أن يُراعى في ممارستها جوانب إجرائية جوهرية ينبغي أخذها بعين الاعتبار، لما تمثّله من ضمان لصون الأموال التي يبذل في إدارتها الوليّ عناية الرّجل الحريص، وإشراف قاضي شؤون الأسرة المختصّ إقليميّا على مراقبتها، مع ترتيب المسؤولية المدنية والجزائية في صورة ما تمّ المساس بهذه الجوانب، والتي تبقى رهينة النّص القانوني الذي يستدعي التّحيين تماشيا مع المستجدّات.
