dc.description.abstractالملخص: تناولت العديد من الدراسات تقييس جودة الخدمات الصحية باعتماد معايير وأبعاد دالة أخذت حصها من الدراسات والتعمق إلا أن الطرح الجديد في علاقتها بالرقمنة بعد مطلبا تقام على اثره الدراسات، حيث تناولت الدراسة أثر الرقمنة على رفع جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية قايس من خلال توزيع استمارة استبيانيه المستخدمي المؤسسة، وبعد تحليل النتائج المتوصل لها تبين : تحتاج الادارة الى تطبيق الادارة الرقمية، وجود تكنولوجيا معلومات سابقة ولكن تحتاج الى التطور ينسجم مع آخر التطورات الحديثة واستخدام تكنولوجيا معلومات متطورة لغرض تطبيق الإدارة الرقمية. Abstract: Many studies have dealt with standardizing the quality of health services by adopting criteria and dimensions of a function that have been studied and in-depth, but the new proposal in its relationship to digitization is a requirement upon which studies can be conducted. The study addressed the impact of digitization on raising the quality of health services at the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health, Qais, through the distribution of a form. A questionnaire survey of the organization's users, and after analyzing the results obtained, it was found that: the administration needs to apply digital management, the existence of previous information technology, but it needs to develop in line with the latest modern developments and the use of advanced information technology for the purpose of applying digital management.
