| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر موضوع حماية الشهود والخبراء والمبلغين والضحايا من المواضيع المستحدثة كونها مرتبطة بآليات مكافحة جرائم الفساد التي اهتم بها المشرع، نظرا لانتشار ظاهرة الفساد سواء كان ذلك في القطاع العام أو الخاص، ولكون تعرض هذه الفئة للترغيب والترهيب لأجل عدولهم عن قول الحقيقة، لذا كان لزاما على المشرع أن يوفر الحماية القانونية اللازمة بهدف ضمان التعاون مع القضاء للحد من هذه الظاهرة، وإقرار العدالة. The issue of protection of witnesses, experts, informants and victims is one of the new issues, because it is related to the mechanisms of combating corruption crimes that the legislator has been concerned about, due to the widespread phenomenon of corruption whether in the public or private sector, and the exposure of this group to the temptation and intimidation to stop telling the truth. The legislator shall provide the necessary legal protection with a view to ensuring cooperation with the judiciary to reduce this phenomenon and to establish justice. | |
