| dc.description.abstract | نتناول في هذا المقال موضوع المعرفة الفنية لما لها من أهمية اقتصادية و قانونية في الحياة العملية ، بحيث تحتل المعرفة الفنية مكانا هاما و بارزا بين موضوعات الملكية الصناعية و ذلك لما تثيره من مسائل شائكة و معقدة سواء على know-how الصعيد الوطني في الدول الصناعية الكبرى ، أو على الصعيد الدولي بمناسبة نقلها من تلك الدول إلى الدول النامية . وهذا ما جعلنا نبحث في الأساس و السند القانوني لحماية المعرفة الفنية بواسطة حق المؤلف و الحقوق المجاورة، لعدم توفر قانون خاص لحمايتها We take in this article is the subject of technical knowledge because of their economic and legal significance in the process of life, so that occupies technical knowledge important place and prominent among industrial property issues and that what raised the thorny and complex issues, both on the know-how nationwide in major industrialized countries or at the international level to mark the transfer of those countries to developing countries.
