Abstract
ملخص:تعد المدن منذ نشأتها مراكز لتجمع الأنشطة والأفراد، فالمدينة هي الموقع الذي اعتاد الإنسان أن يعيش فيه ويمارس أنشطته الحياتية المختلفة . والمتتبع لحياة ساكني المدن يلتمس تحول غالبية أنشطتهم للاعتماد على تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات ، حيث انتشرت في العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين مجموعة من الأنشطة الإلكترونية مثل التجارة الإلكترونية والتعليم والعلاج عن بعد، ولم يقتصر الأمر عند حد أنشطة الخدمات فحسب بل امتد ليشمل أنشطة العمل كذلك. ونظرا لكون المدينة هي الكيان الذي يحوي كافة هذه الأنشطة. بدأت تحدث تغيرات هامة في بنيتها العمرانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية استجابة لمتطلبات هذه الأنشطة الإلكترونية الجديدة، وظهرت عدة تسميات للمدن المعتمدة على التقنيات ، منها المدن الذكية . وانطلاقا من ذلك طرحت الدراسة سؤالا حول مفهوم المدن الذكية، ومستوياها و أبعادها.
ABSTRACT:
Sinceitsinception, cities are centres for gatheringactivities and individuals. The city is the place where people used to live and practice theirvarious life activities, and thosewhofollow the lives of city dwellersseek the transformation of most of theiractivities to rely on information and communication technologies. Where a group of electronicactivitiesspread in the last decade of the twentiethcentury, such as e-commerce, education and remotetreatment, and not onlydiditlimit services activities, but italsoextended to workactivities as well.
Giventhat the city is the entitythatcontains all theseactivities, important changes have begun to take place in itsurban, social and economic structure in response to the requirements of these new electronicactivities, and severaldesignations have emerged for citiesdependent on technologies, including smart cities, and fromthis the studyposed a question about the concept of smart cities, Levels and dimensions.
