Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى فعالية أساليب التمويل الإسلامي في تنويع المشروعات الإستثمارية وضمان إستدامتها. إعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة في الجانب النظري على المنهج الوصفي، حيث توصلت نتائجها إلى أن التمويل الإسلامي يركز على إستدامة المشاريع من خلال توجيه الموارد المالية نحو الأنشطة الإنتاجية المتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد إعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي من خلال دراسة حالات لمشروعات تم تمويلها بصيغ التمويل الإسلامي من طرف البنك الإسلامي للتنمية. وأظهرت النتائج أن هذه الأساليب التمويلية تسهم بشكل فعال في تعزيز الإستدامةالإقتصاديةوالإجتماعية والبيئية وذلك بفضل ملاءمتها لمبادئ الشريعة، وكذلك تبرز هذه الدراسة أهمية التمويل الإسلامي وأساليبه كأداة فعالة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتنويع المشروعات في مختلف القطاعات.
Abstract :
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of islamic financing methods in diversifyin investment projects and ensuring their sustainability, we adopted the descriptive method, and the result indicated that isgamic finance emphasizes the soundness of projects by directing financial resources toward productive activities that comply with Islamic sharia principles.In the applied part, the analytical method was used through case studies of projects financed using Islamic finance development banks, the rusults showed that these financing methods effectively contribute to enhancing economic, social, and environmental sustainability due to their alignment with sharia principles, this study also highlights the importance of Islamic finance and its methods as an effective tool for achieving sustainable development and diversifying projects across various sectors.
