Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه الصناعات الغذائية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال تحليل واقع هذه الصناعات، تحدياتها، وآفاق تطويرها، مع التركيز على دراسة ميدانية لملبنة عثماني بولاية خنشلة كنموذج عملي.
تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية:
الفصل الأول تطرّق إلى ماهية الصناعات الغذائية، حيث تم توضيح مفاهيمها، أهميتها في الاقتصاد الوطني، ومراحل تطورها، بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع هذا القطاع في الجزائر من حيث البنية، الإنتاج، والمعيقات.
الفصل الثاني تناول مفهوم الأمن الغذائي من جميع جوانبه، فتمت دراسة أبعاده (الكمية، النوعية، الاستمرارية، والقدرة الشرائية)، ومؤشراته الأساسية، وأشكاله، بالإضافة إلى تقييم الوضع الراهن للأمن الغذائي في الجزائر، وتحليل أبرز العوامل التي تعيق تحقيقه مثل ضعف الإنتاج، التبعية للاستيراد، والتغيرات المناخية.
الفصل الثالث خُصّص للدراسة الميدانية لملبنة عثماني بخنشلة، حيث تم تحليل نشاط المؤسسة، مدى مساهمتها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المحلي، الصعوبات التي تواجهها، واقتراحات عملية لتعزيز فعاليتها في سلسلة الإنتاج الغذائي.
وقد خلُصت الدراسة إلى أن الصناعات الغذائية تُعد من الدعائم الأساسية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي، شرط توفير الدعم المؤسساتي، التكوين التقني، وتحديث وسائل الإنتاج، بما يساهم في تقليص التبعية الخارجية وتعزيز الاكتفاء الذاتي
:Abstract
This studyaims to highlight the pivotalroleplayed by the foodindustry in achievingfoodsecurity in Algeria, by analyzing the current state of the sector, its challenges, and prospects for development. A fieldstudywasconducted on the "OthmaniDairy" in the province of Khenchela as a practical model.
The studywasdividedintothree main chapters:
The first chapteraddressed the nature of the foodindustry, clarifyingits concepts, its importance to the national economy, and itshistoricaldevelopment. It alsoanalyzed the current state of thissector in Algeria in terms of structure, production, and obstacles.
The second chapterexplored the concept of foodsecurityfrom all its dimensions (availability, quality, sustainability, and affordability), its key indicators, and differentforms. The chapteralsoassessed the current state of foodsecurity in Algeria and identified the main factorshinderingitsachievement, such as weak production, dependence on imports, and climate change.
The thirdchapterwasdevoted to the fieldstudy of the OthmaniDairy in Khenchela, analyzing the company’sactivities, its contribution to local foodsecurity, thedifficultiesit faces, and practical suggestions to enhanceitseffectiveness in the food production chain.
The studyconcludedthat the foodindustryis one of the essential pillars for achievingfoodsecurity, providedthereisinstitutional support, technical training, and modernization of production tools, whichwould help reduceexternaldependency and promote national self-sufficiency.
