Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مؤشرات قائمة التدفقات النقدية في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية وإختبار قدرتها في التحليل الدقيق للوضعية المالية والكشف عن موطن القوة والضعف التي تميز نشاط المؤسسة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إختيار مؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه وحدة خنشلة كدراسة حالة، وذلك بالإعتماد على البيانات المستخرجة من الوثائق المحاسبية المتوفرة لدينا عن المؤسسة (الميزانية، جدول حسابات النتائج وقائمة التدفقات النقدية) خلال الفترة (2021 – 2023).
وقد توصلنا من خلالها إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن لمؤشرات قائمة التدفقات النقدية دور في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة من خلال تقييم السيولة والربحية، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة تكاملية بين مؤشرات قائمة التدفقات النقدية ومؤشرات القوائم الأخرى (الميزانية وجدول حسابات النتائج)، كما توصلنا إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعاني من وضع مالي صعب ومتدهور.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of cash flow statement indicators in evaluating the financial performance of an economic enterprise and to test their ability to accurately analyze the financial situation and reveal the strengths and weaknesses that characterize the enterprise's activity. To achieve the study's objectives, the Algerian Water Company, Khenchela unit, was chosen as a case study. This was done by relying on data extracted from the accounting documents available to us for the enterprise (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) during the period (2021 – 2023). Through this, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that cash flow statement indicators play a role in evaluating the financial performance of the enterprise by assessing liquidity and profitability. Additionally, there is a complementary relationship between cash flow statement indicators and indicators from other statements (balance sheet and income statement). We also concluded that the enterprise under study suffers from a difficult and deteriorating financial situation.
