Abstract
First, I would like to express my gratitude to the committee
supervising the defense of my graduation thesis.
I would like to express my gratitude to my supervisor : Professor
Bertella Anis for his support, guidance, and encouragement in
completing this thesis. I also extend my thanks to my professors
during my undergraduate studies, and I would like to offer special
thanks to Professor Badis, Professor Maammar, Professor Al-Afri,
Professor Zeghdani, Professor Boussaa, Professor Boutarfi and
Professor Thabet.
I would also like to express my gratitude to all the professors of
department of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Faculty of Natural
and Life Sciences, Abbas Laghrour University, for providing the
resources and opportunities that made this research possible.
A special thanks goes to my family for their unwavering love,
understanding, and belief in me. Their emotional support kept me
