Abstract
شهدت الجزائر تحول سياسي كبير، جسد مجموعة من االصالحات التي جاءت جراء الحراك الشعبي، الذي كان يهدف الى تطهير الحياة السياسية من مظاهر الفساد، ومن ابرز هذه الإصلاحات الأمر 21_01 المتضمن القانون العضوي للانتخابات الذي ركز على جملة من الضمانات الجديدة لنزاهة العملية الانتخابية تمثلت في تنظيمات على مستوى السلطة الوطنية المستقلة والقضاء على المال الفاسد من خلال استحداث لجنة مراقبة تمويل الحملة الانتخابية، كذلك تم وضع شروط جديدة للترشح خاصة انها مست فئة الشباب، وتغيير نمط الاقتراع لعدم شراء المناصب في التشريعاتAlgeria has witnessed a major political transformation, embodied by a set of reforms that came as a result of the popular movement, which aimed to purify political life from manifestations of corruption. Among the most prominent of these reforms is Order 21_01, which includes the organic law for elections, which focused on a set of new guarantees for the integrity of the electoral process, represented by organizations at the level of the independent national authority and the elimination of corrupt money through the creation of a committee to monitor the financing of the electoral campaign. New conditions were also set for candidacy, especially since they affected the youth category, and the voting pattern was changed to prevent the buying of positions in legislation.
