Abstract
الملخص : جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان بدائل صراع الدور لدى المراة العاملة دراسة ميدانية , وعلي هذا الاساس جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف محاولة التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه المرأة العاملة سواء في بيئة العمل أو في حياتها الأسرية , والاسباب المؤدية الي خلق صراع في الادوار لديها و العلاقة المترتبة عن ذلك ,حيث اجريت ببعض المؤسسات التربوية بولاية خنشلة بلدية المحمل علي عينة من النساء المتزوجات العاملات في القطاع التربوي , حيث تمحورت اشكالية هذه الدراسة في مجموعة من التساؤلات و الفرضيات ولاختبارها والتاكيد من صحتها تم الاعتماد علي كل من المنهج الوصفي و الاحصائي لتفسير واقع الظاهرة وتحليلها احصائيا والاعتماد علي العينة القصدية , ويتمثل حجم العينة من 86 مفردة , كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الادوات لجمع البيانات و المتمثلة في الملاحظة و الاستبيان و بعد التاكد من صحة الفرضيات المقترحة
وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الي جملة من النتائج منها كشف الدراسة أن بدائل صراع الدور، مثل الدعم الأسري، وتنظيم الوقت، والاستقلال السكني، تشكّل استراتيجيات حيوية تعتمدها المرأة العاملة للتخفيف من حدة التوتر بين أدوارها، إلا أن فعاليتها تظل محدودة في ظل استمرار التمثلات الاجتماعية التقليدية
Study Summary:
This study, titled "Advancing the Conflict with Women," was designed to focus on the issues facing women, both in the workplace and within the family community. Based on this, this study focused on the issues that women face, both in the workplace and within the family, and the reasons that lead to the creation of conflict in roles for them. It also focused on the administrative bodies in the Khenchela region, the municipality of Mahmila, which were established by married women working in the sector. The problem of this study focused on a set of questions and hypotheses. To test and confirm these hypotheses, we relied on both descriptive and statistical methods to explain and analyze the phenomenon. We relied on a purposive sample, representing a sample size of 86 individuals. We also used a set of visualization tools, represented by the Australian vision and statement.
After verifying the validity of the hypotheses, we..This study reached a number of results, including the discovery that alternatives to role conflict, such as family support, time management, and residential independence, constitute vital strategies adopted by working women to alleviate tension between their roles. However, their effectiveness remains limited in light of the persistence of traditional social representations.
