Abstract
الملخص : يعد موضوع الرقابة التنظيمية والكفاءة المهنية من أهم المواضيع التي استدعت عملية البحث بشقيها النظري والميداني، وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن كيفية مساهمة الرقابة التنظيمية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية بمؤسسة سو فماك خنشلة وهي مؤسسة ذات طابع اقتصادي , كما وتهدف هذه الدراسة من جهة أخرى الى معرفة كيفية مساهمة الرقابة الإدارية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية بمؤسسة سو فماك خنشلة ،وكذا الكشف عن كيفية مساهمة الرقابة التصحيحية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية بمؤسسة سو فماك خنشلة ،وأيضا نجد معرفة كيفية مساهمة الرقابة الذاتية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية بمؤسسة سو فماك خنشلة .
تمحورت إشكالية هذه الدراسة في مجموعة من التساؤلات والتي ترجمت بدورها الى فرضيات ولاختبار صحة هذه الفرضيات والتأكد من صحتها والاخذ بمسلماتها تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتفسير الظاهرة وكذا تحليل نتائجها تحليلا كميا وكيفيا ،مع الاعتماد على أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة الحصر الشامل ،من خلال تطبيق مجموعة من الأدوات لجمع المعطيات والبيانات والمتمثلة في الملاحظة ، المقابلة الحرة و استمارة الاستبيان ,
وبعد التأكد من صحة فرضيات الدراسة المقترحة توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها أن للرقابة التنظيمية دور في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية بمؤسسة سو فماك خنشلة .
Abstract :
The topic of regulatory oversight and professional efficiency is one of the most important subjects that has prompted research in both its theoretical and field aspects. Based on this, this study aimed to uncover how regulatory oversight contributes to raising the level of professional efficiency at the Sofamec Khenchela institution, which is an economically oriented entity. and this study also aims on the other hand to know how administrative control contributes to raising the level of professional efficiency at the sofamec khenchela institution ,as well as revealing how corrective control contributes to raising the level of professional efficiency at the sofamec khenchela institution ,and also we find out how self control contributes to raising the level of professional efficiency at the sofamec khenchela institution .
The problem of this study centered around a set of questions that were translated into hypotheses. To test the validity of these hypotheses and ensure their correctness, the descriptive method was relied upon to interpret the phenomenon as well as to analyze its results both quantitatively and qualitatively, using a comprehensive survey method. This was done through the application of a set of tools to collect data and information, represented in observation, free interviews, and questionnaires.
After confirming the validity of the proposed study hypotheses, the study concluded that regulatory oversight plays a role in raising the level of professional efficiency at the Sofamec Khenchela institution.
