Abstract
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز دور التأمين الفلاحي كشكل من أشكال إدارة الأخطار المالية والتي تسهم في دفع عجلة التنمية المحلية وذلك من خلال التطرق لأهم المؤسسات التأمينية الفاعلة في هذا المجال والتي تقدم مجموعة من الضمانات التأمينية لأصحاب المستثمرات الفلاحية، كما تم التطرق للضمانات التشريعية التي تعمل على استمرارية الإستغلال الأمثل للمستمرات الفلاحية في محاولة من المشرع للموازنة بين المخاطر الطبيعية و البشرية ضمن إستراتيجية فلاحية فعالة لمواجهة التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الفلاحي . Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the role of agricultural insurance as a form of financial risk management that contributes to driving local development it does so by outlining the most prominent insurance institutions active in this field,which offer a range of insurance guarantees to agricultural investors. The paper also addresses the legislative guarantees that ensure the optimal and continuous exploitation of agricultural holdings, as the leegislator attempts to balance natural and human risks within an agricultural strategy designed to face the challenges confronting the agricultural sector
