Abstract
نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري خلال الفترة 1990-2016، بهدف معرفة فيما إذا كان هذا التحسن أو التدهور الذي عرفه ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري يعود إلى الانتعاش أو الانكماش في حجم التدفقات الواردة من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر أو يعود إلى عوامل أخرى، من خلال إجراء دراسة قياسية لتبيين ذلك. وكانت النتيجة الجوهرية انه لا توجد علاقة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على حالة ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري، وانه على العكس من ذلك هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ميزان المدفوعات وتدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
This paper aims at showing the impact of foreign direct investment on Algeria's balance of
payments during the period 1990-2016, in order to determine whether this improvement or
deterioration in the Algerian balance of payments is due to the recovery or contraction in the volume
of inflows from foreign direct investment or Other factors, through a measurable study to demonstrate
that.
The fundamental result was that there was no relation to foreign direct investment (FDI) on the Algerian
balance of payments situation, and that on the contrary, there was a statistically significant relationship
between the balance of payments and the flow of foreign direct investment.
