Abstract
مع التقدم التكنولوجي، تتغير طريقة توفير وتبادل المعلومات. إن وجود أجهزة الكمبيوتر القادرة على تلقي المعلومات ومعالجتها وتخزينها واسترجاعها يجعل الوصول إلى العدالة أمرًا سهلاً. وتكامل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات يحولها إلى أداة فعالة لتحقيق العدالة، مما يسمح للمواطنين والمتقاضين برفع قضاياهم ومتابعتها إلكترونيا. وفي الوقت نفسه، فإنه يمكّن القضاة من مراجعة الدعاوى القضائية وحتى الفصل فيها إلكترونيًا. إلا أن أي خلل فني قد يؤدي إلى توقف النظام القضائي
With technological advancements, the method of providing and exchanging information undergoes changes. The presence of computers, capable of receiving, processing, storing, and retrieving information, makes access to justice easy. Integrating information and communication technologies turns it into an effective tool for achieving justice, allowing citizens and litigants to file and track their cases electronically. Simultaneously, it enables judges to review and even adjudicate lawsuits electronically. However, any technical malfunction may lead to a halt in the justice system
