Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الحوكمة البيئية في ترقية التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز أبعادها من خلال التوفيق بين أهداف التنمية وضرورة حماية البيئة، من خلال إعادة النظر في الأسس القائمة التي تحكم علاقة الإنسان بالبيئة وتوجيهها وفق فلسفة جديدة يصطلح عليها ب: الحوكمة البيئية التي تتكفل بإرساء الضوابط اللازمة للحفاظ على البيئة لضمان نصيب الاجيال واجتماعية دون الإخلال بالتوازن البيئي، إلا أن ذلك ليس بالسهل أمام مصالح الدول المتضاربة.
This study aims to elaborate on how
environmental governance can
promote sustainable development and
enhance its dimensions by reconciling
between the development objectives
and environmental protection, and
revising of the existing foundations
governing the relationship between
human and environment ,through the
adoption of a new philosophy called
environment governance ,which
ensures the establishment of the
necessary controls to preserve the
environment the share of future
generations and achieve economic
and social development without
disturbing the environmental balance
,but that is not easy in front of the
conflicting interests of states
