Abstract
تهدف المقالة إلي تسليط الضوء على واقع وآفاق تطوير قطاع النقل الحضري في الجزائر، مع إبراز دوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، باعتباره قطاع حساس واستراتيجي وأداة فعالة في تحسين ظروف معيشة المواطنين والمساهمة في الإنعاش الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال وضع أهداف إستراتيجية مستقبلية وتدابير استعجاليه للنهوض بالقطاع. وخلصت الدراسة إلي نتيجة أساسية وهي سعي الدولة الجزائرية إلي وضع سياسة قطاعية متناسقة ومتكاملة، تهدف إلي الاستجابة للرهانات الكبرى في الوقت الراهن والتي تتمثل في الاستدامة، تحسين منظومة النقل العمومي وسلامة أنظمة النقل، مع تجسيد فتح النقل الجوي والبحري على القطاع الخاص وطني وأجنبي.
The article aims to highlight the reality and prospects for the development of
the urban transport sector in Algeria, while highlighting its role in achieving
sustainable development as a sensitive, strategic and effective tool in improving the
living conditions of citizens and contributing to economic recovery, by developing
future strategic objectives and measures to promote the promotion in the sector.
The study concluded an essential result and seeking the Algerian state to
develop a consistent and integrated sectoral policy, Aimed at responding to the
major situation is currently in sustainability, improving the public transport system
and the safety of transport systems
