Abstract

ﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺩﺍﻟﺔ ﺒﻤﺨﺘﻠﻑﺃﻭﺠﻬﻬﺎ ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻷﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﺴﻼﻤﺘﻬﻡ ﻤﻥ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻑ ﺤﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻕ
ﻭﺍﻻﻜﺘﺌﺎﺏ، ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻤﻥ ﺸﺄﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺘﺅﺜﺭ ﺴﻠﺒﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻻﻓﺭﺍﺩ..
Abstract: This study aimed to identify the level of organizational justice at the Textile
complex in Khenchela, and its relationship to the mental health of the workers of the
complex. The study was chosen by stratified random method with total of (50)
individuals from different occupational groups. The analytical descriptive approach wasalso used, with the adoption of two measurement tools: the Arabic scale for
organizational justice and The revised mental health scale -R SCL – 90. The results of the
study showed that the degree of application of organizational justice from the
respondents’ point of view was medium, where the field of “transactional justice” ranked
first, while the field of “distributive justice” ranked last, and that the mental health status
of the respondents was medium, where anxiety disorder was recorded among The
respondents had a moderate to somewhat high level, while the results showed that the
respondents did not suffer from neither depression, nor from the problem of excessive
sensitivity in transactions, as they are psychologically disorders.
