Abstract
ملخص:
سعى الحجاج عبر ما يتمتع به من جهد إقناعي إلى التموقع كبُعد جوهري في اللغة ، بما
تسمح به شروط نظرية الحجاج من لغة وحُجج وتقنيات، ليلج عالم المتلقي بخطابه لميوله
وأهوائه ومكانته، حسبما يقتضيه السياق، وهو ما حرص ابن شُهيد الأندلسي على تحقيقه في
رسالته "التوابع والزوابع"، بتو سله آليات حجاجية تم كنه من التأثير في المتل قي والإذعان والتسليم
لأطروحته، إذ كشفت فصول الرسالة عن عناصر التواصل الحجاجي التي تقوم عليها العملية
التواصل ية لتحقيق التفاعل بين المتك لم والمتل قي، عبر استيعاب أهوائه وتو جهاته وانفعالاته،
فرصده المق دمات المناسبة من مواضع ووقائع وحقائق كونها تنبني على أرضية صُلبة تم كنها
من القبول والإجماع، كما ات كأ عللى التقنيات الحجاجية من ط ا رئق اتصالية وط ا رئق انفصالية
التي تعمل على المفاهيم والبيانات، فالاستدلال والقياس والشواهد كأنساق منطق ية تو سل بها
توليد المعارف، كما اتخذها حُججا داعمة لأطروحته على اعتبار أ ن " سلوك الأف ا رد إ ا زء
الخطاب مرهون بحُ جة صاحبه" 1، كما استثمر ابن شهيد في الحمولات الحجاجية التي تكتنزُ بها
الصور البلاغية في الرسالة، عبر تحويل تلك ال طاقة الحجاجية التي تش ع بها إلى حُجج قو ية
مُؤث رة، مع تفعيله دور المحسنات من وسائل تزيين ية إلى آليات للتأثير والإقناع، ليختتم الفصل
الخامس من الرسالة بتوظيفه الوسائل اللسانية كالتك ا رر والعناصر الإحالية والإشار يات بشتى
أنواعها في تحقيقها الحبك والسبك الن صي، مع تطويعه للوسائل اللغوية كالروابط والعوامل
والسلالم والم ا رتب الحجاجية، كي تضمن له تنامي النص وانسجامه حجاجيا، مع توجيه المتل قي
نحو مقاصد المتك لم، وضمان الحماية للمتل قي من الوقوع في شرك الافت ا رضات والتأويلات.

Abstract : Trough his persuasive effort,the pilgrim’s sought to position himself s a fundamental dimension in language, as permitted by theoritical conditions of language,arguments,and evidence.This is what Ibn Shouhid Al Andallussi was keen to achieve in his treatise Al-Tawabi’e Wa Al-Zawabi’e (The Followers and Whistles),by using argumentative mechanisms that enable him to influence the recipient and achieve submission and surrender to his cause, as the chapters of the thesis revealed the elements of argumentative communication on which the communication process between the speaker and the listner is based through absorbing his whims,orientation and emotions, by observing the appropriate introductions from places,facts and truths, as the techniques of the pilgrims from association techniques and separatist methods (separation),It is one of the logical systems on which inference,analogy and evidence are relied upon to generate knolewdge, consedering that individuals behavior towards discourse depends on the argument of its author.He also invested in rhetorical mechanisms by transforming the argumentative load of graphic images into strong and influential arguments .He also did creative improvements (Creative enhancers) to employ them in persuasion, to include with linguistic means and what they have achieved in temrs of textual casting,and linguistic means to ensure the growth of the text and its argumentative harmoney with directing the recipient to the speaker’s intentions.
