Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Aujourd'hui, Les technologies de l'information et de la communication (tic) revêtent
une importance primordiale au sein de la société. Ce développement technologique forme la
base de nouveaux genres et nouvelles formes de communication, y compris la communication
par SMS. Cette dernière a créé un nouvel usage de la langue qui se distingue de celui utilisé
dans les genres écrits traditionnels. La communication SMS est un mélange de la langue
parlée et de la langue écrite. Ce langage SMS a rapidement pris son essor, notamment auprès
des adolescents.
En parallèle à ce constat, on observe que le niveau orthographique des apprenants est en baisse depuis des années Nous avons donc émis l'hypothèse que l'utilisation massive du langage SMS altèrerait ou retarderait l'apprentissage du langage écrit et tout particulièrement celui de l'orthographe. Afin de vérifier cette hypothèse, nous avons proposé à une trentaine d'apprenants, utilisateurs du langage SMS ou non, une production écrite traditionnelle d'un texte argumentatif et une production d'un SMS écrit en langage SMS dans le but de comparer leurs productions.
Il apparaît que les apprenants utilisateurs du langage SMS ont commis des erreurs différentes mais aussi d'autres erreurs semblables a celles du groupe orthographique en ce qui concerne l'orthographe. Ce constat va donc dans le même sens de notre hypothèse : le
langage SMS serait responsable de la baisse du niveau orthographique actuelle mais pas le
seul facteur.

Abstract:
Today, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are of paramount importance in society. This technological development forms the basis of new types and forms of communication, including SMS communication. The latter has created a new use of language which is distinct from that used in traditional written genres. SMS communication is a mixture of spoken and written language. This SMS language quickly took off, especially among teenagers. At the same time, the spelling level of children has been declining for years We therefore hypothesized that the massive use of SMS would alter or delay the learning of written language and especially that of spelling. In order to verify this hypothesis,
we have proposed to a thirtieth of the learners, users of the SMS language or not, a traditional written production of an argumentative text and a production of an SMS written in SMS in order to compare their productions.
It appears that learners who use the SMS language have made different and same spelling mistakes from their peers. This observation goes to our hypothesis: the SMS language would be responsible for the decline of the current orthographic level but not the only factor. Keywords:

ملخص
الیوم تحتل تكنولوجیات الاعلام و الاتصال مكانة اساسیة في المجتمع تطور ھذه التكنولوجیات شكل قاعدة لنوع جدید من
اشكال التواصل بما في ذلك التواصل عن طریق الرسائل القصیرة ھذه الاخیرة التي خلفت استعمالا جدیدا للغة والذي
یختلف عن تلك المستخدمة في الانواع الكتابیة التقلیدیة.
ان التواصل عن طریق الرسائل القصیرة ھو مزیج بین اللغة المنطوقة و اللغة المكتوبة وقد اكتسبت ھذه اللغة بسرعة الزخم
بین المراھقین و بالتوازي مع ذلك لاحظنا تراجع مستوى الھجاء لدى المتمدرسین .
لذى افترضنا ان الاستخدام المكثف للغة الرسائل القصیرة من شانھ ان یغیر او یؤخر تعلم اللغة المكتوبة وخاصة الھجاء
لاختبار ھذه الفرضیة اقترحنا على ثلاثین متعلم اختبارین الاول ھو كتابة نص جدلي عن موضوع مختار والثاني ھو كتابة
رسالة قصیرة . الھدف من الاختبارین ھو مقارنة انتاجھم.
بعد المقارنة تبین ان كل الفریقین ارتكب اخطاء كتابیة مختلفة عن الاخر ولكن كان ھنلك اختلافات مشتركة . ھذه النتیجة
تتماشى نسبیا مع فرضیة طرحنا أي ان لغة الرسائل القصیرة مسؤولة ولكن لیست الوحیدة على تراجع المستوى الحالي
للھجاء.
