    Etude phytochimique et l’’activité antibactérienne des extraits des racines de la plante Hyoscyamus albus L.

    Medicinal plants became the basic extracts for the remedy of different pathology In this work the alkaloid extract of the root part of the medical plant Hyoscyamus albus L. Tested for evaluate their antibactrienne activity. The phtochimique screening on this plant contains: flavonoids, sponosids, tanins are reductive composers, alkaloids. The alkaloids extraction of Hyoscyamus albus L effected by a solvent in the middle alkaline. The alkaloids dosages by the classique method from the whit henbane of 0.84% The estimation of the antibacterienne activity of the bruts extracts al caliodic on 4 souches clinics : Escherichia coli (G-), Pseudomonas Aeruginosa (G-), Staphylococcus aureus (G+), Staphylococcus aureus (G+) for the diffusion methode disk . The results obtained present significative defference between the different extracts . The effect obtained by the alcalodique extract Staphylococcus aureus with a diametter (8 mm) On the contrary the soucha Pseudomonas Aerwveyonox present certain resistant vs the alkalodique extract (7.33mm).
