    يأتي هذا البحث لمعالجة موضوع السياحة البيئية واعتبارها كحلقة وصل بين الاستثمار السياحي والمجال البيئي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مع الإشارة إلى نماذج عالمية وعربية متميزة من عالم السياحة البيئية، بهدف إبراز أهمية البعد البيئي كفرصة متاحة على مستوى قطاع السياحة. وتوصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن السياحة البيئية تعد جزء لا يتجزأ من السياحة المستدامة وتساهم في تحقيق المستويات الثلاثة للتنمية المستدامة: الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية. وقد أدركت العديد من الدول بما فيها العربية أهمية الربط بين الاستثمار السياحي والمجال البيئي لتصبح بذلك نماذج متميزة في عالم السياحة البيئية. This research comes to treat the theme of eco-tourism and consider it as a link between the tourist investment and the environmental field to achieve the sustainable development, with referring to a distinct international and Arab models from the world of eco-tourism, in order to show the importance of the environmental dimension as an available opportunity at the level of the tourism sector. And we came up through this research that the eco-tourism is an integral part of sustainable tourism and contributes in the achievement of the three levels of the sustainable development: economic, social and environmental, and many countries including the Arab one realized the importance of linking the tourist investment and the environmental field to become a distinct models in the world of the eco tourism
