    LE RỔLE DES GESTES DANS LA COMMUNICATION ORALE -CAS DE LA SOCIÉTÉ NATIONALE D’ASSURANCE SAA-

    Résumé : La recherche que nous avons faite, s’intéresse au rôle des gestes dans la communication orale et quotidienne dans une Société Nationale d’Assurance « SAA ». Nous avons essayé de montrer l’importance de ces gestes dans la compréhension et l’accès au sens correct du message, pour réaliser ce travail, nous avons filmé une vidéo sur terrain pour vérifier le rôle principale des gestes et ses interprétations compréhensibles par les interlocuteurs. Ces gestes sont l’un des moyens de la communication non verbale, ils ont un rôle principal durant une interaction. Summary: The research we have done, is interested in the role of gestures in oral and daily communication in National Insurance Company "SAA". We tried to show the importance of these actions in the understanding and access to the correct meaning of the message, to do this job, we filmed a video field to check on the main role of gestures and interpretations understandable to stakeholders. These gestures are one means of nonverbal communication; they have a major role during the interaction.
