Etude bibliographique comparative des couches minces ZnO élaborées par spin-coating et dip-coating
    (2020) Mahboubi Widad Himeur Mouna
ZnO thin films find several applications such as: solar cells, gas sensors, piezoelectric sensors, waveguides,… etc., their efficiency in these applications depends mainly on their general properties. These are deeply linked to the elaoration methods. In this work, our interest consists in comparing the results of some articles published on the elaboration and characterizations of pur and doped ZnO thin films by the Sol-Gel method, and to deduce the influence of change from the technique of deposition (dip or spin-caoting) mainly on their structural and optical properties. This study affirmed that the dip-caoting technique favors obtaining small crystallite sizes and of the order of half of those obtained by the spin-caoting technique, while it makes it possible to obtain the values of the gap energy closest to that of massive zinc oxide.
