    Etude de l’impact des eaux d’irrigation sur la diversité microbienne du sol

    bstract Study of the impact of irrigation water on the microbial diversity of the soil, revealed good to acceptable physicochemical quality for most of the samples. On the other hand, the microbiological study showed an increase in the total aerobic mesophilic flora, actinobacteria, fungi and yeasts in the soil irrigated by the waters of Oued Meskiana after discharge of wastewater compared to those irrigated by the waters of Oued Meskiana before discharge of wastewater In the light of these results, we can say that the water use contains wastewater for irrigation influences the physicochemical and microbiological quality. ملخص أظهرت دراسة تأثير مياه الري على التنوع الميكروبي للتربة جودة فيزيائية كيميائية مقبولة لمعظم العينات. من ناحية أخرى ، أظهرت الدراسة الميكروبيولوجية زيادة في مجموع النباتات الهوائية المتوسطة ، والبكتيريا مقارنة الشعاعية ، والفطريات ، والخمائر في التربة المروية بمياه واد مسكانة بعد تصريف مياه الصرف الصحي بتلك التي تروى بمياه واد مقارنة بتلك التي تروى بمياه واد مسكانة قبل تصريف مياه الصرف الصحي في ضوء هذه النتائج ، يمكننا القول أن استخدام المياه التي تحتوي على مياه الصرف الصحي للري يؤثر على الجودة الفيزيائية والكيميائية والميكروبيولوجية لتربة.
