    La résistance bactérienne aux antibiotiques

    Abstract Antibiotics are considered as the revolution of medicine in the 20th century, and as soon as they were introduced to the treatment of infectious diseases, bacteria have developed means of resistance to these treatments. This resistance is a natural phenomenon, but it is accelerated by anarchic use of antibiotics. The current situation is that bacterial resistance is a public health problem in all countries. Therapeutic stalemate situations are not exceptional, especially in health care institutions, or bacteriasuch are at the origin of excess morbidity, mortality. The fight against this resistance is now a priority because of the impact on the public health. Several methods are implemented for this purpose. National and international policies have been established to promote the proper use of antibiotics, and, stimulate the research for new antibacterial therapies. Everyone must act to reduce the rate and the spread of this phenomenon, because antibiotic resistance is everyone's business. ملخص يعتبر اكتشاف المضادات الحيوية ثورة في الطب البشري في القرن العشرين ، لاستعمالها في علاج الأمراض المعدية ،مما تسبب بظهور مقاومة و تطورها لهذه العلاجات من طرف البكتيريا هذه المقاومة هي ظاهرة طبيعية ، لكنها تتسارع بسبب الاستخدام غير المناسب للمضادات الحيوية من طرف البشر وفي الصناعات الغذائية. حاليا أصبحت المقاومة البكتيرية مشكلة صحية عامة في جميع أنحاء العالم. إن حالات المأزق العلاجي ليست استثنائية في المؤسسات الصحية حيث تكون البكتيريا هي السبب في ارتفاع الحالات المرضية والوفيات. أصبحت مكافحة مقاومة المضادات الحيوية أولوية الآن لأن التهديد الذي تمثله له عواقب وخيمة على الحفاظ على الصحة العامة. لهذا تم اللجوء لعدة وسائل لهذا الغرض. أهمها وضع سياسات وطنية ودولية لتعزيز الاستخدام السليم وتحفيز البحث في علاجات جديدة مضادة للبكتيريا. يجب على الجميع التصرف على مستواهم للحد من ظهور وانتشارها، لأن ذلك يعتبر واجب عام للمضادات الحيوية
