    Evaluation de la qualité microbiologique de certains poissons commercialisés dans la région de Khenchela

    Abstract The evaluation of the hygienic quality of fish marketed in the city of Khenchela revealed good freshness for most samples. The microbiological analysis, showed a high level of FTAM which exceeds the Algerian standards and a total absence of faecal coliforms, ASR and pathogenic germs in 100% of the analyzed fish. Pseudomonas putida, Staphylococcus xylosus, Micrococcus sp., Citrobacter koseri, and numerous yeasts and molds were isolated from the flesh of the analyzed fish. This study confirms that rigorous microbiological monitoring is very necessary in order to improve the sanitary quality of fish. ملخص أظهر تقييم الجودة الصحية للأسماك المسوقة في مدينة خنشلة طزاجة جيدة لمعظم العينات من ناحية أخرى، أظهر التحليل الميكروبيولوجي وجود نسبة عالية من FTAM تتجاوز المعايير الجزائرية وغيابًا تامًا للبكتيريا القولونية البرازية وASR والجراثيم المسببة للأمراض في كل عينات الأسماك التي تم تحليلها. تم عزل Pseudomonas putida و Staphylococcus xylosus و Micrococcus sp و Citrobacter koseri والعديد من الخمائر والفطريات من لحم الأسماك التي تم تحليلها تؤكد هذه الدراسة أن المراقبة الميكروبيولوجية الدقيقة ضرورية للغاية من أجل تحسين الجودة الصحية للأسماك.

    Suivi de l’évolution de la pandémie de la COVID-19 au niveau de la wilaya de Khenchela

    4337 patients were hospitalized in COVID-19 wards in Khenchela region from March 20, 2020 to August 01, 2022. 45% of these patients were tested positive by PCR. Three main epidemic waves were recorded during the study period, in the summer and fall of 2020, then during the summer of 2021. A mortality rate of 10% (440 deaths) was declared by the DSP of Khenchela. The year 2021 was deadlier than the previous one due to the Delta variant. On the other hand, the year 2022, which saw the appearance of the Omicron variant, was characterized by a decrease in hospital mortality. 70% of deaths are elderly people (> 66 years old). 50% of hospitalized patients received treatment with chloroquine. Most of the confirmed positive cases come from Khenchela and Kaïs cities. Finally, 203,264 doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccine were administered until December 31, 2022. رصد تطور جائحة كوفيد - 19- في ولاية خنشلة تم استقبال 4337 مريضًا في أجنحة الكوفيد 19 في مستشفيات خنشلة الثلاث من 20 مارس 2020 إلى 1 أغسطس 2022 45 من هؤلاء المرضى تم أثبات إصابتهم بالمرض عن طريق تحليل PCR. تم تسجيل ثلاث موجات وبائية رئيسية خلال فترة الدراسة، صيف وخريف عام 2020، ثم صيف عام 2021. تم الإعلان عن معدل وفيات بنسبة 10 (440) حالة وفاة) من قبل مديرية الصحة والسكان لولاية لخنشلة. كان عام 2021 أكثر فتكًا من العام السابق بسبب المتغير دلتا. من ناحية أخرى تميز عام 2022 ، الذي شهد ظهور المتغير اوميكرون، بانخفاض معدل الوفيات في المستشفيات. %70% من الوفيات هم من كبار السن ( 66 سنة). تلقى 50% من المرضى في المستشفى العلاج بالكلوروكين. معظم الحالات الإيجابية المؤكدة أتت من بلديتي خنشلة وقايس. أخيرا، تم إعطاء 203264 جرعة من اللقاح المضاد للكوفيد 19 حتى 31 ديسمبر 2022.
