Several agents are responsible for different types of cancer, including chemical carcinogens that occur while the exposition to pesticides. In this study, we used the meta-analysis method. Our findings demonstrate that have succeeded in studying and demonstrating the relationship between the use of pesticides and the development of cancer. To do this, we used RevMan 5.3 software. The statistic results of our study indicate a real association between exposure to pesticides and childhood cancer (RR = 6.55; CI = [6.39-6.71]; p <0.00001), breast cancer (RR = 1.10; CI = [1.08-1.13]; p <0.00001), prostate (RR = 0.78; CI = [0.75-0.82]; p <0, 00001) and pancreas carcinomas (RR = 1.11; CI = [1.07-1.16]; p <0.00001). In addition, a real and significant association exists between exposure to pesticides and the appearance of brain cancer (RR = 0.97; CI = [0.96-0.99]; p <0.00001), melanoma (RR = 0.92; CI = [0.88-0.97]; p <0.003), colon (RR = 1.70; CI = [1.47-1.96]; p <0, 00001), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (RR = 0.87; CI = [0.84-0.89]; p <0.00001), and various other types of cancer. This is not the case for bladder cancer for which no significant correlation with the use of pesticides was found (P = 0.15).
