    Application des outils de la biologie moléculaire dans la bactériologie médicale

    This work aimed to write the main molecular biology tools and their application in medical bacteriology.Since it is impossible to do the practical part of this work, we limit ourselves to the theoretical part, which consists of four chapters: Chapter one contains generalities about the world of bacteria, The second chapter is dedicated to presenting the functional anatomy of bacteria. Chapter Three talks about bacterial genes more specifically about mutations and genetic changes by transfer of genetic material. The final chapter describes the tools and applications of molecular biology. يهدف هذا العمل إلى عرض أدوات البيولوجيا الجزيئية الرئيسية وتطبيقاتها في علم الجراثيم الطبي. نظرًا لاستحالة القيام بالجزء التطبيقي من هذا العمل، فإننا نقتصر على الجزء النظري الذي يتكون من أربعة فصول: يحتوي الفصل الأول على عموميات عن عالم البكتيريا. الفصل الثاني مكرس لعرض التركيب البنيوي الوظيفي للبكتيريا. يتناول الفصل الثالث الجينات البكتيرية. يصف الفصل الأخير أدوات البيولوجيا الجزيئية وتطبيقاته.
