Item Analyse de la distribution des fréquences phénotypiques et alléliques des systèmes sanguins ABO et Rhésus dans différentes localités de la région d’Oued Mizeb d’Algérie(Université Abbes Laghrour -Khenchela-, 2020-09-15) Naaloufi Nour elhouda; Dekhouche khaoula; Encadreur: HAMADA .YAbstract: Erythrocytosis blood groups can be defined as all Variations allo typical, genetically transmitted, discerned by antibodies in the surface of the erythrocytosis membrane. The discoveries of other antigens are going to chain themselves to succeed about 270 antigens today regrouped in 29 systems. Our study concerns two blood ABO systems, Rhesus, in which these sorting systems introduce a primary importance in the field of blood transfusion blood. These two systems are studied in the region of Oued Mizeb because this population is characterized by a very high rate of consanguineous marriage because of religious (Ibadi doctrine), economic, socio-cultural and geographical factors, etc. We conducted a study on 5,713 people. The results obtained reveal a highly significant effect of consanguinity on the phenotypic distribution of the two blood systems studied. (Etude bibliographique)(Université Abbes Laghrour -Khenchela-, 2020-09-15) Bouzidi Razika; Dekhil Karawan; Encadreur: HAMADA .YAbstract: Wheat is an important crop in terms of human consumption in many countries, and it is among the three major cereals along with rice and maize, and it is the third largest in the global harvest. This study aims to know the behavior of durum wheat varieties at the morphological, physiological, biochemical, cytogenetic and molecular level vis-à-vis water stress; as well as the effect of this constraint on the components of yield during plant development. Improving yield in wheat is a constant challenge for the farmer due to the biotic and abiotic stresses imposed by the growing conditions in the Mediterranean basin which limit production. The techniques adopted to achieve these objectives range from the improvement of morpho-physiological parameters linked to yield, to the use of biochemical markers through cytogenetic characterization until arriving at the use of molecular markers by mapping the genome. in order to develop more efficient varieties which manage to achieve good yield performances under biotic and abiotic stress conditions. In the first part, we examined the different physio-morphological, biochemical and cytogenetic characteristics of durum wheat. In the second part, we examined the effect of abiotic and biological limitations and the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of plant tolerance to water stress. In the third part, we examined the uses of molecular marker techniques in the improvement and development of plants.
