    Effet De La Combinaison Des Huiles Essentielles Et Antibiotiques Sur L'activité Antibactérienne Contre La Souche D'acinetobacter Baumanni : Synthèse Bibliographique

    Abstract Acinetobacter baumanii is an emerging opportunistic nosocomial pathogen, Acinetobacter strains multidrug-resistant diseases (MDR) have been reported world wide. Our work is an analytical synthesis of studies that have demonstrated the power of essential oils or their components in combination with conventional antibiotics to modulate the sensitivities of multidrug-resistantstrains of Acinetobacter.b. Synergistic interactions are particularly discussed with reference to the possible mechanisms of action by which the constituents of essential oils interact with antibiotics, the main mechanism of which is the destabilization of the bacterial membrane. Our work reveals that the oils and their volatile components improve the effectiveness of antibiotics against multidrug-resistant strains of Acinetobacter.b. being promoter candidates for the development of new therapies. ملخص Acinetobacter baumanit هو أحد مسببات الأمراض التي تنتج عن طريق البكتيريا الممرضة، وقد تم تسجيل تواجد عدة سلالات Acinetobacter مقاومة للمضادات الحيوية (RDM) في جميع أنحاء العالم. في عملنا هذا ملخص تحليلي للدراسات التي أثبتت قوة الزيوت العطرية أو مكوناتها عند دمجها مع المضادات الحيوية التقليدية لتعديل حساسية السلالات المتعددة المقاومة البكتيريا Acinetobacter تتم مناقشة التفاعلات التآزرية بشكل خاص مع الإشارة إلى آليات العمل الممكنة التي تتفاعل من خلالها مكونات الزيوت العطرية مع المضادات الحيوية التي تتمثل آليتها الرئيسية في زعزعة استقرار الغشاء البكتيري يكشف عملنا أن الزيوت ومكوناتها المتطايرة تعمل على تحسين فعالية المضادات الحيوية ضد البكتيريا المتعددة سلالات مقاومة من Acinetobacter ، كونها مرشحة لتعزيز تطوير علاجات جديدة.
