    The Algerian legislature has adopted a strategy to preserve the beauty of cities and promote urban development as one of the key components of the public interest in the state. This research paper aims to shed light on the concept of the general aesthetic system of the environment and urbanism, as well as to explore the impact of building permits and subdivision on the aesthetic taste of the environment and urbanism.
