    Impacts et évaluation de solvant (toluène) sur quelques paramètres biochimiques chez les lapins mâle

    This study examines the effect of the solvent toluene (hydrocarbure aromatique), on some biochemical parameters: (the concentration of glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, proteins levels and calcium) of adult male rabbits. The rabbits were divided into three groups: the first group of 04 rabbits was considered a control, the second and the third group included 08 rabbits each, which are divided into two groups (each unit contains 04 rabbits) and treated by 200, 600 ppm of toluene by inhalation for 02 hours every days. The results of this study showed significant changes in some biochemical indicators (concentration of glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol), of each group treated with toluene as compared to the control. About a concentration of proteins levels and calcium we not observed any changes in the groups treated by toluene compared to the control الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير أحد المذيبات العضوية : الطوليان( ينتمي لعائلة الهيدروكربونات العطرية ؛ على بعض الخصائص البيوكميائية لبلازما دم ذكور أرانب تناولت هذا المركب عن طريق الشم بتركيزين مختلفين، حيث عرض أحد الأفواج إلى 200 ppm و الآخر إلى ppm600 و ذلك لمدة ساعتين متتاليتين. النتائج المتحصل عليها بينت تواجد تأثيرات معنوية عالية في تركيز الغلوكوز، الكولسترول و ثلاثي الغليسيريدات ، كما سجل عدم تأثير هذا المركب على تركيز البروتينات الكلية و الكالسيوم ،عند الأفواج المعاملة مقارنة بالفوج الشاهد
