    Etude d’activités antioxydants de la plante médicinales Marrubium Vulgare L

    Résumés Parmi les plantes médicinales recensées auprès des populations et bénéficiant de bonnes renommées thérapeutiques et qui devront être mises à l’épreuve d’investigation sérieuses de décryptage chimiques et biologiques, le Marrubium Vulgare L de la famille Lamiacée, cette plante largement distribuée dans le bassin méditerranéen en générale, et en Algérie en particulier est utilisée pour le traitement de plusieurs pathologies (diabète, asthme, bronchites). L’objectif de notre étude bibliographique est une description botanique suivie par les métabolites secondaires notamment rencontrés dans cette plantes et leurs activités biologiques et nous terminons par une partie qui traite le stress oxydatif et l’activité antioxydante des métabolites secondaires en particulier ceux rencontrés dans notre plante d’intérêt. Abstract Among the medicinal plants identified at the populations and enjoying of good therapeutic reputations and wich of this fact should be tested for serious investigations of chemical and biological descryption, the Marrubium vulgare l of the Lamiaceae family. This plant widely distribiuted in the mediterranean basin in general and in Algeria in particularis used for the treatment of several pathologies (diabetes, asthma, bronchitis). The objective of our bibliographic studyis a botanical description followed by the secondary metabolites notably en countered in this plants and their biological activities and we end with a part which deals with the oxydative stress and the antioxydant activity of the secondary metabolites in particular those encountered in our plant of interest. 789: من النباتات الطبية التي يستفاد من شهرتها العلاجية وتحتاج إلى أبحاث جادة للتعرف على صفاتها الكيميائية هذه النبتة تعرف انتشا ا ر واسعا في منطقة البحر ،Lamiacé من عائلة Marrubium Vulgare l والبيولوجية نبات المتوسط والج ا زئر خاصة فهي جد مستعملة في علاج أم ا رض متعددة (السكري، الربو، التهاب الشعب الهوائية). الهدف من د ا رستنا البيبلوغ ا رفية هو وصف نباتي يتبعه المستقلبات الثانوية التي توجد بشكل ملحوظ في هذا النبات وأنشطتها البيولوجية وننتهي بجزء يتعامل مع الإجهاد التأكسدي والنشاط المضاد للأكسدة للمستقلبات الثانوية على وجه الخصوص تلك التي نواجهها في نبتتنا كفائدة.
