    La compétence communicative et l’interculturalité en milieu plurilingue Algérien

    Résumé : Cette recherche étudie de manière approfondie la compétence communicative interculturelle dans les milieux professionnels multinationaux algériens. Après une partie théorique analysant les concepts clés, les modèles existants et leur application au contexte algérien, la partie pratique présente les résultats d'une vaste enquête de terrain combinant observations ethnographiques, entretiens qualitatifs et questionnaires quantitatifs. L'objectif est d'appréhender finement les réalités vécues par les équipes multiculturelles, d'identifier les composantes linguistiques, pragmatiques et interculturelles en jeu, ainsi que les conditions d'acquisition de ces compétences. Au final, un modèle global et opérationnel de la compétence communicative interculturelle propre au contexte professionnel algérien est proposé, intégrant ces différentes dimensions et fournissant un cadre de référence structuré aux entreprises et à leurs employés. Abstract: This research provides a thorough study of intercultural communicative competence in multinational professional environments in Algeria. After analyzing the key concepts, the existing models and their applications in the theoretical part, the practical part introduces the major results of a vast field survey, combining ethnographic observations, qualitative interviews, and quantitative questionnaires. The prime objective of this study is to apprehend the realities experienced by multicultural groups, identify the linguistic, pragmatic, and intercultural components at play along with the conditions needed for acquiring these competences. Ultimately, a comprehensive and operational model of intercultural communicative competence pertinent the Algerian professional context was proposed through integrating these different dimensions and providing a structured framework of reference for companies and their employees. Keywords: Intercultural communicative competence, professional environment, intercultural communication, algerian linguistic policy, competence development models, intercultural learning/education, culture and interculturality, otherness. ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث إشكالية مهارة التواصل بين الثقافات في الأوساط المهنية متعددة الجنسيات في الجزائر. و شمل الشق النظري على تحليل المفاهيم الجوهرية و النماذج المتوفرة و تطبيقاتها ضمن السياق الجزائري أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد عرض نتائج البحث الميدانية الواسعة التي استندت على ملاحظات إثنوغرافية و مقابلات نوعية و استبيان كمي. و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الحقائق المعاشة من لدن الفرق متعددة الثقافات و تحديد المكونات اللغوية و التداولية و البين ثقافية الراهنة و كذا شروط اكتساب هاته المهارات. خلص البحث إلى نموذج عملي شامل للمهارة التواصلية البين ثقافية الخاصة بالسياق المهني الجزائري تم اقتراحه بدمج مختلف الأبعاد و توفير إطار مرجعي مهيكل للمؤسسات و موظفيها. المفتاحية الكلمات الثقافاتبين التواصلية الكفاءة المهنية البيئة الثقافات بين التواصل الجزائرية اللغوية السياسة الكفاءات تطوير نماذج الثقافات بين التربية /التعلُّم الثقافية والتعددية الثقافة

    Quelle compétence communicative en milieu professionnel ?

    Résumé: Cet article rend compte des aspects intervenants dans l’étude de la compétence en communication, ses composantes fondamentales,les auteurs, les critiques et les tendances actuelles, dans le but de configurer un cadre conceptuel adequat embrassant le milieu professionnel.Ce travail part des origines théoriques du concept à travers l’influence des différentes disciplines telles que : la psycholinguistique, la sociolinguistique et la pragmatique, avec les auteurs tells queChomsky,Hymes,etMcClelland, pour arriver à une vision globalesur les approaches contemporaines. Nous pouvons conclure que le concept de compétence communicative estconçuaujourd’hui avec une vision intégrative,pour laisser place à uneanalysemultifactorielle subjective. Abstract : This article reports analytically on the aspects involved in the study of communication skills, itsfundamental components, authors, critics and current tendencies, with the aim of configuring an adequate concept tualframework embracing the professional environment. It starts from the theoretical origins of the concept through the influence of different disciplines such as:psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics and pragmatics, with authors such as Chomsky, Hymes, and McClelland, in order to arrive at a global vision on contemporaryapproaches, whose contributions open up a range of possibilities for studying the subject. We can conclude that the concept of communicative competence isconceived with an integrative vision.
