    Contribution à l’étude d’impact sur l’environnement de l’autoroute des hauts plateaux tronçon Khenchela

    Abstract : The motorway project high in the wilaya of khenchela serving trays can meet long-term needs of traffic and greatly reduce the risk of accidents and it will aim at creating a national motorway network connection including existing East-west highway, which will result in significant benefits economically for the whole affected area. The conduct of the environmental study was done using a methodology which is divided into four main phases: a literature review, site reconnaissance visits, information and consultation of resource persons, collection of field data and their treatment with matrices of Leopold and Fecteau. The project entails environmental impacts. This is mainly of minor significance of impacts on the natural environment. The most significant negative impacts in the agricultural environment. The project will cause an average sound impact for a residence while he will have a positive impact for all residences located along the highway. The route selected, enhanced by the proposed mitigation measures will be integrated with plans and specifications, is the route with the best environmental performance
