    Abstarct Our research that we have did of the sociatoin in Wilaya of Khanchela ,Those sociatoin are sharing in so many domain like : Agriculture , Productoin of food of animals , Construction ,Station of deffrent service. All of those socitaoins are a principal players in national and local économie ,they are in obligation of paying taxtes on activites of pollution , There is some sociatoin that they are too far of application the laws of protection of environnement , so theire activites must be controlling by commission of direction of environnement Finally , we conclude , that even those taxes are for stoping polution in environnement but we are all responsible to protect our environnement
