    ملخص: تبحث هذه الأطروحة في دور ريادة الأعمال في تسيير الاستراتيجية التنافسية داخل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من مؤسسات صناعة البسكويت في الجزائر. وتهدف إلى تحليل كيف تساهم الممارسات الريادية، من خلال الابتكار والمبادرة وتحمل المخاطر، في دعم صياغة وتطبيق استراتيجيات تنافسية فعالة، وتحقيق أداء تنافسي متميز. كما تبرز العلاقة بين ريادة الأعمال والابتكار كمدخل لتعزيز التمايز والاستجابة للتغيرات السوقية، مع مراعاة أثر بعض الخصائص المؤسسية. وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن ريادة الأعمال تُعد رافعة استراتيجية رئيسية لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات في بيئة متغيرة ومعقدة. Abstract : This study explores the role of entrepreneurship in managing competitive strategy within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), based on a field study of a sample of biscuit manufacturing firms in Algeria. It aims to analyze how entrepreneurial practices—through innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking—contribute to the formulation and implementation of effective competitive strategies and the achievement of superior performance. The research highlights the connection between entrepreneurship and innovation as a pathway to differentiation and market adaptability, while also considering the impact of firm-specific characteristics. The findings confirm that entrepreneurship serves as a strategic lever for enhancing SME competitiveness in a complex and evolving business environment.
