    تهدف دراسة هذا المقال التوقيع الإلكتروني ومدى إمكانية تطبيق أحكامه على القرار الإداري الإلكتروني إلى ضرورة إنجاز أعمال الإدارة في أسرع وقت ممكن وبأقل تكلفة، وهذا يرجع إلى التطور المذهل الذي شهده العالم في وسائل الاتصال وتحديد أحكام الإدارة الإلكترونية، حيث نجد أن المشرع الجزائري تبنى الجزائر الإلكترونية سنة 2013، مما أدى إلى تغيير في مبادئ الإدارة التقليدية، ومن ضمنها تطبيق القرار الإداري الإلكتروني وكيفية توقيعه.This article aims to study the electronic signature and the extent to which its provisions can be applied to the electronic administrative decision, which requires completing the administrative work as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost. This is due to the amazing development witnessed by the world in the means of communication and determining the provisions of electronic administration, as we find that the Algerian legislator adopted electronic Algeria in 2013, which led to a change in the principles of traditional administration, including the application of the electronic administrative decision and how to sign it.
